Cass Lake was kind of a tough bite with the strong Northeast winds blowing all day. But Cass Lake is big fish trophy waters and this usually mean low numbers, but big fish. Casters ruled, as only one fish was caught trolling. Shallow water or just off the breaks with a wide varity of lures seemed to produce, but there were more fish caught on Bulldawgs then any other lure. The 52 1/4" that was measured on Saturday was not only Ricks personal best, but also the largest musky ever measured in a PMTT event.
