Chippewa Flowage Tournament Results

The inaugural event of the PMTT was a great success. There was a 71 boat field of top notch Musky anglers from all across North America. There were no incidents of questionable sportsmanship and the event was embraced by all as the beginning of a new era for Musky angling.

The only problem effecting the tournament was the weather. Saturday, 6/26, saw high skies with the mercury topping out at 83 degrees. Fishing was tough. Sunday was a bit better, with high overcast. Most everyone had action but boating fish was and never is an easy task.

The winner of the tournament was the team of Gutch and Latvala who walked away with a cool $20,000.
